This application processes only the personal data that is required for the operation and use of the system. Data is not used for marketing purposes and is not disclosed to third parties.
Hosting & Data Processing
The application is operated on the infrastructure of the European cloud provider Scaleway S.A.S., 8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France. All data processing takes place exclusively within the European Union.
Scaleway processes personal data as a data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Scaleway, which governs in particular the processing of personal data, the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOMs), and the processing of data solely on the basis of our instructions.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union. Data is disclosed to third parties only where there is a legal obligation to do so.
Personal Data Processed
User accounts are created in order to use the application. In particular, the following personal data may be processed:
- Email address
- Name
- Assignment to a company and role within the system
The data is processed exclusively for the purpose of using this application, managing user accounts, and assigning access rights. Processing for other purposes does not take place.
Nature and Scope of Data Processing
The processing of personal data within this application is limited to the data entered and managed by users or by the respective customer and which is required for the use of the application as well as for its traceability and auditability. The application is intended exclusively for internal use by the respective customer.
To improve usability, the system stores technical state information such as the most recently accessed menu items, selected reporting periods or filter settings. This data is used exclusively for user convenience and is not used for analytics or tracking purposes.
Any further processing of personal data, in particular for analytics, marketing, profiling or automated decision-making purposes, does not take place. External communication (e.g. by email) is carried out exclusively at the explicit request of authorised users of the system.

Data Retention
Personal data in user accounts is stored for the duration of the use of the application. If a user account is deleted, the associated profile data is deleted or anonymised, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Data that forms part of approved reports or audit snapshots is retained for the periods required under applicable legal retention and documentation obligations. Only the personal data necessary for these obligations is stored.
